Ordering Procedure for Goods and/or Services

Once your order has been processed you will receive an automated response confirming your details and the goods ordered. A printed GST invoice will be emailed to you and a paper copy sent to you with your order.

We provide no warranty as to the availability of goods advertised through this website.

Shipping fees are clearly stated on our website . Standard delivery should be within one-five working days. All New Zealand orders are tracked and couriered. International Shipping is available via DHL Express.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt and orders received prior to 2pm will be shipped that day. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). All orders are tracked and tracking information will be forwarded to each purchaser as the order is processed. Your parcel should arrive within 1-5 working days. If you haven’t received your parcel within 5 days please contact us.
If, for any reason, we are unable to process your order due to insufficient courier charges being selected at checkout, we will contact you to arrange additional charges. A redirection fee may apply if the original address provided by you is incorrect or the courier is unable to get into the address due to gate closure, etc. It would pay to check all your recipient details to ensure delivery can be accurately made.
Rural deliveries can, at times, take up to 4 days additional to standard area delivery dependent on the area and local delivery service. This delay can be attributed to the contracted rural service provider rather than the actual courier company so please be aware of this when ordering.
If you require delivery to different addresses, please make separate orders for each delivery address, or phone 027 480 0520 and discuss.
A signature is required on delivery (or instructions where goods may be delivered safely). There is an option at check-out time for you to approve your parcel being left without a signature if you are unable to be at home at the time. This is at the customer’s discretion and risk. There is also a space for specific delivery instructions.
Hawke’s Bay Pantry Ltd. does not accept responsibility for any goods not signed for on delivery. Post Offices Boxes can not be accepted as a courier delivery address. Work addresses are fine but please state delivery hours and all necessary information such as building number, level or office name.
Couriers often experience difficulties in delivering to apartments, hostels or gated communities. If you require a signature to receipt delivery please ensure that someone will be home to receive your order or send the delivery to a work address.
