Yes! We Ship Internationally.

We are happy to ship to all countries in the world and can ship directly to you or on your behalf to someone else overseas.  The good news is you can ship up to 2.5 kg for the check-out freight price.

If an order is urgent you are encouraged to contact us before you order so we can check and confirm the parcel will arrive prior to the date you want or need. We do our absolute best to be accurate but do not take responsibility for orders not arriving by required dates.

SHIPPING METHODS

Orders to destinations outside New Zealand are shipped by DHL Express. The average international delivery time is 2 – 7 days depending on your geographical location.

You will be notified by email or SMS once your parcel is collected by DHL and they will also notify you of expected delivery day and estimated time frame for delivery so arrangements can be made.

Christmas time is extra busy and we recommend ordering and sending Christmas gifts by the end of November.

SHIPPING COSTS

Prices quoted as part of our check out process are for parcels up to 2.5kg. If your parcel exceeds this we will be in prompt contact with you with a final delivery price for your information and approval.

CUSTOMS/ CLEARANCE CHARGES

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied to the purchaser or recipient once the package reaches the destination. Canada, the UK and Europe are particularly well known for this.

Responsibility for these duties and tax charges rests with the purchaser. We therefore accept no responsibility for any duties or taxes charged and we will not alter our documentation in order to defraud these agencies.

Please note that not all products can be sent to all countries (i.e. honey to Western Australia). We will contact you if there are any products that can not be sent to your country.

RETURNS

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. If you’re not, please contact us promptly.

If the contents of your order have been damaged in transit, we need to know within 48 hours of receipt. We can then work through a refund process with you and then DHL in turn.
